To help us keep the property in great shape for all our guests, please review and acknowledge the following house rules.
Quiet Hours
10pm to 7am. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is at 3pm. Check-out is at 10am.
No Events
Events and parties are not permitted on the property.
Smoking
Smoking is allowed on the property but not inside the house. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately. Ashtrays are available on request.
No Pets
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets at this time.
Parking
Park on the tarmac driveway. You can park outside the suite entrance for loading and unloading.
Maximum Occupancy
4 persons maximum.
Garbage & Recycling
Pickup is Friday mornings (around 7:30am). Bins are provided. For short stays, you can leave everything as-is. For longer stays, we can collect on request.
Septic System
We are on a septic system. Please do not pour grease down the sinks and do not flush feminine products down the toilet.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi network and password details are provided in the guest handbook in the suite.
Wildlife
Bears, elk, and cougar are present in the area. The property is fenced but please remain aware of your surroundings. Do not leave food or attractants outside.
Fire Pit
Complimentary firewood is provided. Please fully extinguish the fire with water before leaving it unattended. Check BC fire ban status before lighting. Do not burn garbage or plastics.
