The Suite
A private, self-contained suite on a forested acreage in Honeymoon Bay, five minutes from Cowichan Lake. Full kitchen, in-suite laundry, king bed, a games room with a full-size pool table, and a wall of windows onto lawn and old firs. It works well for hospital placements and project crews in Duncan, remote workers after a quiet season, or anyone between homes who wants somewhere warm and settled rather than temporary-feeling.
Set Up for a Working Winter
Utilities (hydro and internet) are billed at cost, typically around $200/month in winter. No smoking indoors. Pets considered for monthly stays; tell us about yours in the application.
Or Trade Skilled Work for Rent
We're a small working acreage with a real winter project list, and we'll consider a work-trade arrangement (roughly 20 hours a week in place of rent) for someone with genuine hands-on experience. This route is well vetted: we'll ask about your skills, talk references, and start with a trial period.
